Sania Naqvi hails from Allahabad, a city famous for its Ganga Jamuni-Tehzeeb, and the confluence of the three sacred rivers.
After her initial education in Allahabad, she moved to Manipal for bachelor's in culinary arts from Welcom Group School of Hotel Administration, Manipal. From here, she was selected by the ITC Hotels during the campus interviews where she worked in the Luxury Collection Hotels.
Her fascination for ingredients and sensibilities guided her towards more conscious cooking, which prompted her to start her own venture called SEEKING ROOTS, a platform from where she could reach out to people creating an awareness of Freshly baked breads, seasonal, and clean eating in Delhi NCR.
Chef Naqvi was the winner of HT city 30 under 30, 2022.
She loves to travel and is enamoured with the local stories which beautifully reflect diversity in culture, cuisine, heritage and a sense of belongingness.
