Our Story

Seeking Roots is a sustainable, experimental, farm-to-table experience, with an aim to provide global flavours using the home-land ingredients based in Delhi NCR. 

This free-spirited, zero waste, eco-friendly brand strongly believes the need to prioritise the consumption of seasonal & ethically grown produce while supporting the local economy, ultimately reducing the carbon foot print on Earth.

Seeking Roots, comprises of 2 major segments.

 

The bake house,  specialises in Artisanal Breads like Sourdoughs, Ciabattas, Sesame Brioche & Focaccias, Bakes like Croissants and Exotic chocolate & seasonal Desserts.

The cook-house curate meals that respect the freshness of produce to provide improved wholesome food that connect our body with the universe via Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Space.

Chef Sania has grown up in a family where food takes centre-stage in all aspects of life. It aches them to see perfectly edible produce being discarded, despite the world fighting hunger.

The respect for ingredients is as important as the art of cooking them. Therefore, we believe chefs have a greater responsibility, along with the farmers, towards providing wholesome meals while respecting seasonal produce and supporting responsible farming. 

 

Seeking Roots dreams of reaching the bench mark set by distinguished chefs, and what better way than cooking to reflect our values!
